Reliable and makes it so easy!

Simple swap make transferring between different protocols or different assets so easy. It is inexpensive and you save tons of time. I transferred from Arbitrum Magic to Btc in less than 30 mins and I didn’t have to do to different bridges or exchanges. Works great and the fees are great as well.

The rate and transaction/ swapping speed are the best

Great communication

Had an issue with swapping over to SEI during a hectic network outage, and although it took over a day to solve, the team was very communicative with updates. They've could've done otherwise and gotten away with it but they didn't which is appreciative. They've earned themselves a lifetime customer! Shoutout to David and Brad!

SimpleSwap Lives Up To The Name!

SimpleSwap is a great and easy to use service. I set up a swap from Solana to Bitcoin and when I went to send the Solana from my Phantom wallet, it errored and I accidentally sent the payment twice. I was able to contact support in both Discord and by E-Mail which were both promptly responded to and the staff was happy to help. The original swap went through without a problem and after confirming some details they sent me back the amount that I double-sent by mistake within 12 hours. I will 100% use SimpleSwap in the future.

Very good exchange site

Very good exchange site. fast and simple. No hickups, over priced fees, has a progress bar on you're exchange in Realtime. I did lose my coin one time, but support was very nice, and stayed intouch with me all day. Got my coin back into my wallet for me later that day.

Reliable & Convenient Cryptocurrency Exchange Platform!
