When can I get my Affiliate reward?
Once you have at least 300 USDT on your balance, a payment request button appears in your Affiliate account. This means that you can start the withdrawal process.
In which currencies does SimpleSwap pay the Affiliate Program rewards?
Rewards are paid in USDT to new Partners. Those Partners who have registered before we switched to USDT, can choose between BTC and USDT. The change is available once every 24 hours. During withdrawal, the reward is sent to the USDT address saved in the Payouts section of the Affiliate account.
What does the withdrawal process look like?
To make withdrawals, you may need to pass a verification process and provide identification information and documents as requested by SimpleSwap. Find more information in our Affiliate Terms.
After submitting the payout requests, you may see the following reward request statuses:
- In progress: the application was created and sent to our specialists.
- Completed: the request has been completed, and the funds have been sent to the provided wallet address.
- Verification: you have to provide some additional information. If you see this status, please check your email.
- Canceled: your application has been canceled. This happens if some of SimpleSwap's terms or guidelines are violated. Please contact your personal manager or check your email for more information.
How long does the withdrawal process take?
Rewards are typically paid within a 3-day period. The maximum processing time is 90 days, but it's a very rare situation.
In cases where the application is in "Verification" status, the deadline may be extended until the verification is complete.
What are my responsibilities in terms of the Affiliate payouts?
Affiliate partners are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or official fees stated by the law.
SimpleSwap may refuse to pay your reward or limit your withdrawal if you have engaged in scams, fraud, and other activities that violate the Affiliate Terms or Terms of Service.
